Thank you kindly for that information.I was surprised by how early they started adding Vickers guns to their armaments.

    Regards

‘Black 2’ is once again ‘Yellow 10’ after losing last May’s film colours :

A brilliant piece of listening indeed, a very haunting story.
The Vampire and Mossie sounds were brilliant.

I’ve been watching ‘Close To The Enemy’ too, very exciting stuff!
The BBC have certainly done a good job with these two series, both very good viewing.

It appears to be mainly if not all CGI work I think, maybe some cutouts were used for the bombers on the ground, but it looks pretty fluid like CGI so yeah, I don’t think ‘Sally B’ was called on, a shame, but it would’ve been very pricey. That said the CG looks marvelous.

That’s fantastic, they really thought it through. I have to say I really like it, it’s truly enthralling.

All this ragging the RAFM is well and good, but whilst Pima gets a Spitfire…is anything coming the other way?

    A Kittyha….No surely not!

‘ I am not being disrespectful in the least. Do not lump me in with the mob in Pennsylvania that used to reside in Delaware….’

I never said you were being disrespectful. When I said ‘many’ that means what it says ‘many’ but by no means ALL
I think the way it has been used as a profit making excuse by some people (again not yourself, and I never mentioned yourself) is disrespectful.
I never had any beef with your personally yet you took my post personally, so sorry.

‘ If you were handed certain information which might possibly solve the world’s biggest aviation mystery’ Do you have this info? If so great, but again it’s just a foundation of theorising. Besides maybe it should just remain a mystery. It’s far more poignant and intriguing.
