Oh no, the great dambuster re-enactors are finished! (I think it was a Buffalo aircraft used in that documentary about the Bouncing Bomb)

Well luckily I still keep up to date with this forum .My father is away at the moment so I’m speaking on his behalf.i would like to say to you wizard of the nort instead of coming on here and bad mouthing us you contact us personally if you have any issues with what you were sold.we sent you serial numbers and what aircraft it was believed to of come off so I suggest you email me direct if you have any outstanding issues! As for the hire side he will be back Friday so will be replying to emails then regards steve

I shall patiently wait a reply. I have to say, I think I saw this aircraft previously at a display, might have been Hendon, I was highly impressed by the attention to detail, one could hardly tell it was a replica!

As I said before, I don’t see that this new legislation is much more than a headache for aircraft/turret restorers wishing to fit de-act weapons to them.
With all the modern weaponry most of it computerized I find it difficult to believe that terrorists or any such organizations would borrow a Spitfire or Mustang or even a Lancaster and use it as a weapon, or its weapons, because the weapons are fast becoming obsolete, admittedly there have been shootings in recent years but none have been carried out with a Browning .303 or any aircraft mounted gun, they are just too cumbersome.

I will have a look for you, I cannot recall how many I had (Some are now displayed in a couple of 50kg cases).

    Any news on a (15)?

What film work is that, specifically?

The re-make of ‘Battle of Britain’ as discussed in another thread on here…wonder which hangar will vanish in a sheet to flame this time xD

Specially drawn for tomorrow’s anniversary, based on one of the few period images I could find around the time of the first flight (or just after rather)

I was wondering if you had a 250. would look very good when finished, especially with a (17) and (50) or some such combination fitted

I have had a look at your website, very interesting, and informative.
If you possibly have a spare (15) fuze I’d be very interested to find out more about availability?

You wouldn’t happen to have a link, I’ve looked on dugup before, didn’t now about the type (25)s[/QUOTE

Actually I just looked on Thier website and no 25 types, but they had a load, give them a ring.

    Jules

    I might just do that.
I saw a (25) on ebay, looked pretty battered and rusted especially on the fuze head. I tried bidding for one before but it reached a crazy price at the last second!
