The Vulcan has had some much needed TLC and was opened to the public for the first time last weekend, earning over £100 in donations…The museum will be holding a fundraising open day on 11th September when the other Gloster jets will be on display.

Any chance of a flyby at Gloucester en route? The Jet Age Museum’s E28, Meteor and Javelin are parked outside and would look fantastic with a T7 overhead.

It is indeed the airframe to which Propstrike refers. Kings Haulage of Bristol did the move with the utmost professionalism and good humour and I’d recommend them highly if you need aircraft transport

The story made the front page of the Gloucester weekend paper and a full page in the Cheltenham one….they seem to imply that our replica will be getting airborne with another E28 tomorrow for a flypast!
