Rlangham- I don’t know,as he died soon after I was born. What I know about him is only from what my mum told me.He was her grand dad. From what I hear,he was quite a character. He used to sunbathe nude in his garden (when he was old!) & stick used chewing gum behind his ear to save it for later.
Other family members were in the air force & army in peacetime. Her other grand dad was an aircraft mechanic in the air force, untill an engine fell on him & broke his hips. Then he had to leave.

Not many, but my great grand dad comes to mind.Sailor in the Royal Navy,World war 2.Boiler room stoker on a battleship & got sunk when a German torpedo hit the boiler room, with him in it.He was fine.
He worked his way up from an enlisted sailor to an officer.Lieutenant-commander with his own ship.Got an old black & white photo in officer uniform somewhere.

Interesting brands, comet. The best beer,is Belgian Lambic (fruit) beers. The best flavours being:
Floris Ninkeberry (mixed berry)
Apricot
Peach
Although the other flavours are not without their own charming tastes; those are the best.In that order.

Nice country, especially the windmills & Tulips. From recent accounts,I hear it’s quite boring & Amsterdam is quite unpleasant. My relatives went there recently & were quite shocked how dirty & seedy Amsterdam was.Hashish cafes, drug dealers, dirty streets & sex shops everywhere.
Such a shame they have become extreme left, liberal.Still, they’re the only country with an accent more funny that strong west African accents, when speaking English! “Just look at dose filty vindowsh”!!!

Also, the Cockleshell heroes & Navy SEALS with Charlie Sheen.Behind Enemy lines, from 2001 was good.
Only these left.Anyone know exactly what they are? Apart from the Sea Cobra & the JetRanger.
LBA- that happens to me sometimes. When it does,it helps to close all programmes & re-start the computer. It usually works fine after that.
Long term, you would be better off with a different broadband provider.I use tiscali. It’s cheaper & doesn’t have many problems.
