I just don’t get it. Why? One doesn’t have to eat alot of meat, but eating some is very healthy and nice. A nice bit of organic Salmon with Lemon juice, home-made Lamb or Beef kebab with finely chopped salad dressed with Spring Onion & a little Mayonaise; or, the best of all, grilled Bacon or roast Pheasant.
It doesn’t get any better!

Not quite. The PSNI in Northern Ireland are the only territorial (regional force) to be routinely armed. 2 of the national forces are also routinely armed; the Ministry of Defence Police & the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.

Anyway, there’s no justification for arming all of the police. People tend to forget that the level of armed crime in Britain is quite small compared to many other countries. It’s simply not widespread enough to justify arming every beat bobby.

Finally, something good from the government. It should have been banned in enclosed public places years ago. If someone made any other kind of stench around others in public, it would not be tolerated. It’s about time the exception for smoking was stopped.
