The two Libyan Air Force Mirage F1s that had landed in Malta International Airport on Feb. 21, 2011, after refusing to attack unarmed civilian protesters at Benghazi at the beginning of the uprising that led to the war, are about to return home.

I would imagine they would adopt a similar policy to Ireland and adopt a policy of lightly armed neutrality, though with a slight emphasis on maritime defence and a single squadron of fighters for keeping an eye on things up north.

The forward ski jump , island along with a considerable rear section have yet to be added which will really bulk the ship out, besides is that an offical rendering of what the carrier will look like our just fanboy art, because to me those birds on her deck look like F15’s.
