Russian strategic bombers hit ISIS in Raqqa in coordination with Pentagon via ‘deconfliction line’
Russian Tu-95 bombers have struck Islamic State (IS, former ISIS/ISIL) targets in Syria’s Raqqa region using X-101 cruise missiles, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement, adding that it informed the US about the operation.
“On February 17, 2017, strategic missile carrying Tu-95 bombers made an operational flight from the territory of the Russian Federation over the territories of Iran and Iraq and conducted an air strike against Islamic State terrorists’ objectives in the Raqqa region using X-101 cruise missiles,” the ministry’s statement says.

It isn’t true. It is a fabricated story. The question is why do people fall for this non-sense? The claims are as bad as the story of the cruise missile strike on an Aleppo bunker back in September.

It is a fabricated story that needs a get out clause. They name them and claim that they have been captured,or about to be, so how is it going to pan out? Surely the Syrians are going to parade them? No. shock horror they have all been allowed to leave as part of a deal.
My report has only the numbers and nationalities…and the news that they were not really “captured” but were allowed out as part of a deal between all parties involved. You see the Moroccans and Saudis are missing in these numbers.

The list of 14 names leaked by a Syrian MP are not the real names of those officers, they are cover names; it is standard practice to use a fake ID when serving in a secret op. This is a leak that MSM is ignoring, as they have about all stories of captured foreign officers in Syria. But then Syria has been quiet, also.
