Great photos
Many thanks to Stephen Grey for all the fantastic displays he has performed, a flying legend in his own right.
Ah o.k thanks Sideslip
Is the ‘Junkers 52’ or ‘Amiot AAC.1 Toucan’ still at Duxford or has it moved on to Poland now?
I would also like to thank all those who have helped keep us all updated on Duxford throughout 2012. Every time i go there i find that there are changes and often wonder where some of the aircraft are up to. This thread highlights the amazing work that those who work at Duxford do throughout the year to keep these aircraft in great shape whether conserved or restored, static or flying for all of us to enjoy. Looking forward to the 2013 thread, should be interesting with more exhibits still to come from Lambeth. I see from photos that the Spitfire has now ‘pancaked’ after many years airborne.
Just one question, Will some of these exhibits be staying at Duxford? Ive heard that the P-51 could move into the AAM to replace their replica.
Lastly, I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy 2013.
I now know where they all are.

Great photos, a day out at Duxford is always a good day. I too like the Memorial photos. Have you visited the American Cemetery at Madingley? its a short drive up the M11 from Duxford. I’d recommend a visit there after Duxford as i have done recently.
Nice photos. It’s great that Southend Airport is progressing well.
The new road is good. I think there maybe a viewing spot as ive seen railings on top of a banked area when driving along the new road.
Great photos, i like the b&w effects as well.
Great photos looks like it was a good day.
In the P-38 photo the guy standing on the aircraft look like he’s wondering where the guy in blue overalls has got to.
Thought i may have seen a Ju-52 over Southend this afternoon, went to the airport to see if it landed and i saw the Lancaster parked there but no Ju-52.
How can i sign the petition? or where can i write to?
Nice photos, i really like the Gladiator one. I’d quite like to go to one of the Evening airshows one day.
Really nice work by TFC, can’t wait to see this aircraft for real.
Nice work on the website, very interesting. Keep up the good work. I saw the 2008 Airship, has anybody been able to find out what it was up to? where did it come from?
