Hunter
Aah nice to see she is still looking good, it looks as if they have closed up the inner main gear doors for some reason, doesnt look right with them up as they should be down.
Glad you enjoyed the museum the High Octane Hunter is a mock up they built as a stand in until I arrived with the real thing.
Do you have any more piccies of the Hunter I would love to see them, I have some piccies of the Hunter during restoration and repaint here in UK I will dig out and post.

SAUDI PHOTY’S
Here are some I found on net, will sort me photos and get them on soon…
RSAF Museum
The museum is indeed just outside Riyadh and has some interesting exhibits including a Beautiful Hawker Hunter restored here in the UK by the OFMC into RSAF Colours RSAF#602, the restoration and repainting by myself and A.N Other.I accompanied the aircraft out to Riyadh and assisted with the re-assembly along with the RAF ASTF who had carried out the transporation of the Hunter to Saudi.
We installed the aircraft in the museum and apart from me having to respray some areas of the airframe which had been damaged during shipping she travelled well.
The aircraft was officially handed over at an official ceremony, to the Saudi Goverment by Prince Andrew.
I have some photos of the Hunter and some of the other aircraft including
F-86, Strikemaster, T-6, C-130, Lightning and more, I will try and post them in next couple of days.
Ah Happy Days………

As one of the engineers on the OFMC Aircraft, and the Aerial safety officer during filming, the airfield was indeed West Raynham and the strafing sequence was filmed at Sculthorpe where we hangered the 109. I have a lot of stills and video shot during the filming and will try to post here when time and airframes permit.
The Spits and B-17 were based out of Raynham and we used a couple of off site locations in the area for some of the other scenes such as the House scenes where one of the Spits lands on the lawn, and this sequence has one of the lowest flypasts of a Spitfire over the lake in front of the house then overflying Geraldine James and the house.
Martin Clunes was a lot of fun to work with and a few beers were consumed.
Happy Days
God Bless Ray and Mark
I believe it was for the Brabazon Airliner, work did commence on land in the area between the two sites, details are I think in Action Stations.
