I’ve seen it…one of the BR looney brigade starts to insult Pakistan and/or China for no apparent reason and then the whole toon squad jumps in and comes to support him. So no need wasting your grey matter over these neanderthals.
Is the basket method safer?
I mean the F-18 obviously refuels with a basket. But I think a year ago during operations over Afghanistan, a Hornet’s windshield got punctured during refuelling and it had to make an emergency landing in Pakistan.
Yeah that wing fence had me thinking for a while too. But I think its only for the prototypes flying without the FBW system. Once the FBW is installed it won’t be necessary (I hope).
On a side note wing fences are sort of a chinese and russian tradition or something. I mean i haven’t seen any western planes with them….or do they put vortex generators instead?:confused:
