Technically this one is possible.
In the US many overweight people suffer from the same main issue that underweight people suffer from. Malnutrition.
They drink a few soda’s a day and then have a meal or two of HFCS laced food. The resulting calories are empty and copius.
You can make someone fat and malnourished pretty easily which is how being fat can become a health hazard. It is REALLY REALLY hard to eat a ton of healthy food and get fat. It usually just makes you muscular.
Sounds retarded but it was the simple system everyone at my last training center did. We’d just chomp on healthy foods like they were water and ended up bulking up plenty of muscle and getting good numbers at the doctor.
Course…it’s been a while for me now. I bet when I go to the doctor now he’ll just hear my heartbeat and cry.
ANYWHO as for the OT…utter nonsense. Complete rubbish. There is NO WAY he’s telling the truth. The fact that people even amuse him insults the intelligence of all people.
