Is is a stable design? Why is the canard not deflecting positively during tight turn? No room to put another missile unless they make the bay little bit longer.

Is it feasible to put one PL-12 on the intake hardpoint and leave the middle wing pylon for a heavy air to ground munition? Making it more multi role..

So the front fuselage and canards must generate a lot of lift? Its wings are way back than normal.

Missile without forward fins is for preventing accidental launch? Have seen that on the French and Indian too.

On the plastic model, there are 2 short range missile under the intake. Haven’t seen that in real j-10 yet. Exhaust gas intake problem? Wonder if it can carry 2 medium a2a missiles under the intake. That would leave middle wing pylon for heavy load.

Off topic. Is it possible for Eurofighter have over-the-wing pylons for drop tanks? It will free up 2 heavy hardpoints under the wings for the 2000lb laser bombs instead of drop tanks. Just to have 5 heavy hardpoints like the Rafale.

    Finally … :very_drunk:

why are the wings of this UAV located so farther away back from the center of gravity? most of the weight on the rear?

Sorry off topic. question, How are J-31 and F-35 configured short range AA missiles in full stealth mode. If they are stored in center bays, they need to install extended rail launchers. I haven’t seen short range missiles in drop-launcher mode. Can they modify and added a bay under or above the wing like T-50 has? How much RCS compromise for hanging 2 small missiles outside?

” Consider how the HMDS is intrgrated into the DAS system to where the pilot can have a 360 degree view of his immediate airspace, even to the point of looking below the aircraft by looking through the floor of the cockpit. No HUD system in existence can do that.”

So Do you think F-35 glass canopy is redundant too?

What the main feature that generate vortex in this aircraft? There isn’t much wing root extension like jf-17 or f-18. One picture shown its vortex is quiet small.

Thanks, I didn’t know F-16 has the fixed trail edge instead of the moving aileron. I guess the single surface acting both as flap and aileron.

ARE there just one aileron surface in each wing? Will it slow down the roll rate?

Why not buy some s-400 long range missile? Cost effective. No pilot, fast, very stealthy, maybe longer range than your design.

With stealth characteristic surfaces, Do stealth aircrafts still obey area rule?
