I have seen the result of VWC’s restoration of a Lysander target tug..
(flying) Is there another that I have missed?

Although the idea sounds tempting, I don’t think the Royal Netherlands Air Force would be interested in an aircraft that has an operational ceiling of 40 ft and a range of approx. half of the length of Bruntingthorpe’s runway :dev2::dev2:

the very obvious, but non the less very secret goal of XH558’s visit to the Netherlands is the imminent selection of an F-16 replacement………….

As the Vulcan is, until now, unriveled in its performance and appearance, Dutch politicians have asked VTTS to demonstrate G-VLCN at Volkel AFB.

It is not unthinkable that AVRO’s production line will be re-opened once a new Dutch order for the impressive bomber is considered.

As a Dutch tax payer, I would be more than happy to contribute to the icon of military aviation, the shear seight (and sound) of which would absolutely terrify Taliban!! The idea of buying Vulcan’s competitor, JSF, would horrify me:rolleyes:

Rata destination: Europe !!!!!!!!!

Hello all,
there is a fair chance that it will appear in Germany…… On Flugzeugforum the arrival of a Rata was recently mentioned… It is supposed to be based in Mannheim !
My question would be: will it be at FL………………?????????:rolleyes:

Hello all,
are you all aware of the fact that there are still SE5 (replicas) flying in France?

The attached F-AZCY was taken at La Ferté Alais.. (I must have a pic of a green one also, I think..)
