No, Adam Hellier has been on Earth for many years now.
His story is that on the planet of ‘ik’ where he was born, his parents and other members of the local community were sick of him so they gave him space rocket for christmas but programmed it so that when he used it, it would fly in some random direction until it ran out of fuel. Unfortuntly it flew towards Earth and landed in the town of Axminster in Devon.
His foster parents have tried to bring him up as a human but failed as people realise he is not. His appearances and strange attitude have given it away.
