Hi Paul,
Thanks a lot for your kind comments 🙂 It is a pleasure that you appreciate my work 🙂
As always, I love to experiment and be creative in any kind of work I do and I am glad it works:)
Aviation is the subject that I like the most and simply my kind of specialization 🙂 Well, at least I am trying…
Thanks again:)

After some inactive time ;), there are some updates on my blog. I hope you will find this interesting and hopefully I will post some more soon 🙂
As usual, I am going to appreciate any comments and/or questions you may have 🙂
Cheers,
Greg
eHangar,
The reason to post my images on flickr is very simple. I am about to resign from my website birdlike.com and I have found flickr to be quite interesting place to show my work and also find new/more audience. It is possible that birdlike.com would be reactivated in some form in the future but for now, my pics will be on flickr.
cloud_9,
Maybe at some point I will decide to go into business but being realistic, I need to put much more time developing my artistic/business skills, the time, which I do not have as much as I would like:)
The other thing is that civil aviation paintings are not selling that well which is quite surprising considering huge popularity of civil aviation, and photo sites like Airliners.net.
To go full time into business like this is not easy, but I honestly think that with a good work is possible to find an audience and profitable market.
It takes me to paint from about 10h (Red Dragon Hawk) to 30h (Air Canada A345) but many depend of complexity of each painting.
I believe it would take to paint a proper painting with complex background and detailed airplane from about 50-60h in summary but in real life this would took I recon two weeks. I have found difficult to paint for more then 2-3 hours at a time without brake.
Thanks a lot for kind comments:)
Greg

Phil,
Thanks a lot for info. I also supposed that this particular Hawk had base in St Athan, but I did not know that Red Dragon is symbol of Wales, well as you correctly assuming I am not from UK 😀
Now everything looks much clearer:)
I am glad that you like my painting:)
Best regards,
Greg
