You can get China Air Force from many newsstands in China. Or you can get it here (it’s in chinese), US$74.10 for one year. But China Air Force is not circulated only within the military.

Crobato, China Air Force (ISSN1002-6010) is published by the politics department of PLAAF, very official. This cover is definitely fake. How could the J-13 be discussed on an official magazine?
