I logged 4X-AGA on 1st April 1960…. It was a Britannia 313 though….:D

No fin, no rudder, no tail plane, no engines, no wings…it is/was a bomber though :p

I visited Culham in the late 1970’s on business and noted the rear fuselage of a Hunter stored inside one of the buildings.

I doubt if this one needs it’s rudder now.

Here’s another plane without a rudder. My old Auster G-ANWX during it’s re-build in the mid 1980’s.

This one’s taking off from La Palma in the Canary Islands…

And Palm Springs to mind…
