For reasons that need no further discussion here, your blindness is becoming a source of huge embarassment to your fellow Indians.
For if you could see properly (and assuming you could also read) you would have noticed:
“The FBI insisted that it had no information that the man is connected to any potential terrorist activities.”

You are missing the point here. We know Tatu are not underage.
The point is that their Russain promotor has, through innuendo, tried to creat the “rumour fever” that they LOOK underage; Furthermore they way they are dressed (and the added impression of lesbinism)is intended to to convey the allure of “forbidden” ………… whatever.
It is all very seedy and backstreet: very Russian !!
Pop industry today can do well without it.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 08-02-03 AT 01:45 AM (GMT)]I think their song is quite a catchy-tune.
I have no problems with dykes and have not (yet) been able to figure out why some guys find girl-o-girl(“sisters” doing it for themselves) such a turn on.
We were out at a Bar on Friday evening in the City recently; everbody had had a few drinks; conversation turned (inevitably !!) to crude topics. Someone had the clever idea to ask, “how many people’s ultimate fantasy is to have the two Minogue-sisters “going-at-it” in his/her bedroom”? I’d say close to 90% of those present (including the females present) put their hands up. I must investigate this area further ………….. :9 😛 :9
On the serious note though, I think the emphasis on their (Tatu’s) age is a worrying. Child-abuse has become one of the MOST disturbing issues of our time. In my school-days glamoursisng drugs was the worst thing that bad-boys/girls of Pop could do.
Glamoursing under-age sexuality is going way way beyond any limits of decency. If this is the depth that the Russians have to stoop to for the sake of making money, then something has gone very wrong with that country and that society.

NASA Loses Touch With Shuttle Columbia

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – NASA (news – web sites) declared an emergency after losing communication with space shuttle Columbia as the ship soared over Texas several minutes before its expected landing time Saturday morning.
The shuttle was carrying the first Israeli astronaut and six Americans, and authorities had feared it would be a terrorist target.
Fifteen minutes after the expected landing time, and with no word from the shuttle, NASA announced that search and rescue teams were being mobilized in Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
Inside Mission Control, flight controller hovered in front of their computers, staring at the screens. The wives, husbands and children of the astronauts who had been waiting at the landing strip were gathered together by NASA and taken to separate place.
Columbia was at an altitude of 200,700 feet over north-central Texas at a 9 a.m., traveling at 12,500 mph when mission control lost contact and tracking data.
NASA, while not saying the shuttle had exploded, broken up or crashed, warned that any debris found in the area should be avoided and could be hazardous.
There were reports of debris seen falling.
In 42 years of human space flight, NASA has never lost a space crew during landing or the ride back to orbit. In 1986, space shuttle Challenger exploded shortly after liftoff.
Security had been tight for the 16-day scientific research mission that included the first Israeli astronaut.
Ilan Ramon, a colonel in Israel’s air force and former fighter pilot, became the first man from his country to fly in space, and his presence resulted in an increase in security, not only for Columbia’s Jan. 16 launch, but also for its landing. Space agency officials feared his presence might make the shuttle more of a terrorist target.
On launch day, a piece of insulating foam on the external fuel tank came off during liftoff and was believed to have struck the left wing of the shuttle.
Leroy Cain, the lead flight director in Mission Control, had assured reporters Friday that engineers had concluded that any damage to the wing was considered minor and posed no safety hazard.

RE: Indian connection to Iraqi WMDs
“After many years of denying the existence of a chemical weapon program , India disclosed in June 1997 that it possessed chemical weapons.
Few details are publicly available concerning Indian chemical weapon stockpiles, although Chinese researchers suggest that India possesses 1,000 tons of chemical weapon agents, mostly mustard agent, located at five chemical weapon production and storage facilities.
Under the terms of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), which India signed in 1993 and ratified in September 1996, India must destroy 45% of its stockpile by 2004 and the remaining stockpile by 2007.”

Who is backing Saddam ………
Prithvee:
>>>>>What int’l law is India violating by hosting Hamadi?
IMHO, India is violating the basic law of survival (of its own survival !).
Almost every major investigation into re-supply of WMD-related exports to Saddam during the 1990’s has exposed deep involvement of Indian companies and, at least, a blind eye by the Indian government.
If Saddam ever does use his WMDs against US/UK troops then Indians better watch out: we do not need to attack India. All that is needed is a mild statement by the State Dept that “persecuted regions of India (already comrising at least 14 well known and fully fledged freedom movements) have legitmate rights to self-determination.” The day that kinda statement comes out of the state Dept, within a few months, “Goodbye India and Hello new-Yugoslavia” …………..
As someone said, Indians are playing with fire by courting Saddam …….

RE: world acc. to USA!
Be glad that the Anglo-American “posse'” sees the world in such “simple” terms.
Imgine the “worldview” of any other nation if it had the kind of overwhelming military might that the US holds today.
Think of the following and ponder:
The Ruskies?
The Germans?
The French?
The Chinese?
The Iranians?
The North Koreans?
The Indians?
