sounds unreal, though i do believe it, after all this was the kind of stuff it was meant to do but yeah have to say i think its gonna be a real revolution, very much doubt an F-15 could get anywhere near these spectacular and to be quite frank as nice as they are i cant see any new Russian,Chinese or for that matter European stuff being able to compete on remotely equal level. coupled to other modern and soon to be in service hardware the F-22 should be a warfighters ‘hero unit’ for any future conflicts , an asset available to give even a numerically disadvantaged America complete air dominance. great stuff.

the book led me to the conclusion that America did indeed get the most gear out of Germany through op paperclip,Seems it all ended up in the New-Mexico ,Roswell Area 51 type area. Also seems that America managed to get a great deal of ex nazi scientists to work for them to.Some real intersting stuff about research centres Germany had in Prauge that were sealed up totally no-one allowed to come or go,apparently they were working on some kind of beam weapon to zap eneamy planes out the sky.Documents from the Allies speak of some very cool gear supposedly being worked on in Germany. I think if,and its a big if the roswell incident was not a waeter ballon or Japanese attack balloon arriving very late then it must have been a saucer craft derived from German war time tech,perhaps one of schriever designs of craft.Definatly don’t think it was aliens though 🙂 .The Foo fighters over central germany late on in the war were said to be concentrated in an area right over where all slave labour factories tunneled in the Haretz (think thats the name) hills/mountins.Wish thre were more people to dicuss these incredably interesting subjects with.Most sites about UFO’s etc may mention the whole German ufo thing but most just end up talking about grey aliens and nessie and things like ‘does bigfoot own a ufo’ type crap.Also the T.T Brown experiments shown to the USAF way back in the 60’s is also an interesting one but dips into the realms of strange science when you found out he was supposedly heading the ‘Philidelphia experiment’.Hope your quest for knowadge on the subject proves useful anyway.Also don’t know if any other long time Aviation Buffs have ever heard of the whole German/American ufo story being refered to as ‘The Legend’?

don’t know what makes people love the planes they do, I tend to like big loud bombers like the B1B or the Vulcan,others like F-5’s F-4’s,Tomcats whatever.Wonder what it is about why we pick our favourites, subconciously i often wonder if its to do with the noise the plane makes if you get what i mean, think that looks must be only half the reson but perhaps people don’t realise.what you lot think?

mmm yeah he’s sane lol, the guys a nut but a very clever/slimey nut, absolutly superb at playing the world off as suckers for many years until GWB came into power and Japan realising it may have to build Nukes to combat Kimmie with isn’t to good for Kimmie either. surly the South Koreans understand that when, and not if they go to war with the North the other major player in theatre is going to be the USAF with also has Strike Eagles, the logestics in terms of spare parts and ground crew, and then theres pilot availabiltys that are proficient on the F-15 (American crews flying SK planes,SK pilots flying American) as surly it would only take a few weeks to get used to any differances in the types. Basically everythings already in place to have a top quality force,why go with any one else even if there jet may be a few percent better on paper
