What can be proven beyond a doubt is that the Russian official claiming that the US is behind the drone strikes due to so-called “technological sophistication” of parts like an eight dollar altimeter, is either an idiot, or trying desperately to show some collusion between US and this attack. Just like the video game ISIS convoy, it is embarrassingly flimsy and insults the intelligence of the target audience.

Good title too.
You know very well there are tensions with Russia in Syria and risks of incidents and escalations existed. Just a wrong strike on a Syrian Army unit with Russian advisors could set things off for example.
What a retard
You are delusional because you don’t want to admit they are just sociopaths who despise the french people. But I say again they are not dumb. Maybe some of them are indeed, but it would be even worse if they were smart.
They are not dumb they just don’t serve the interests they claim to be serving.
just what I was saying in the “Rafale” topic
That we don’t have enough dumb bombs to achieve the same result?

It’s useless to argue anything with some bloke who thinks Europe is a country.
You would think the French would learn this kind of thing doesn’t work! After trying to pull the same thing in Morocco a while back with the Rafale and more recently Canada with Fremm you would think France would get the message “Obey the countries procurement rules and don’t put forward unsolicited Government to Government deals!”
Seems to have worked in India.

Su24s with dumb bombs in Syria achieving better results in a few months that thousands of NATO-puppets precision strikes “against ISIS”. Forces you to wonder who were the real targets of the coalition planes in Syria.

The point is (the one you obviously do not want to admit) : France has the capability to intervene if it chooses to where it chooses to (weapons AND logistics). And it does have an interventionist policy second only to the USA. like it or not, that’s the way it is.
Good luck trying to replicate the success of the Russian intervention in Syria considering the disastrous state of our army.

Given the ever-increasing range of SAMs (hundreds of kilometers) and the tight spacing of countries in Europe, these SAMs can be considered offensive weapons.
lol. Stupid comment of 2018 so far.
Precisely what djcross said.
Hurray :eagerness:
When I was younger, we all (including the Rafale fans here) used to bat the Typhoon v Rafale debate back and forth. Back then, Rafale was not as good an interceptor (as Typhoon) but was a good mud mover which was slightly underpowered. These were the “truths” that we discussed.
I don’t think many Rafale fans agreed at the time that the Rafale was not as good an interceptor as the Typhoon. Although years ago the perception of the EF being a better interceptor was stronger around here because of the propaganda spouted by a famous British journalist in various publications, which kept being regurgitated here by jackonicko for instance.
Several years later, Rafale is the supposed to be “best interceptor, most agile fighter and most capable mud mover with Typhoon being barely good at any role and still unable to bomb” ? Really?
I’d like to know which Rafale fan said the Rafale was the best & most agile interceptor.
Seriously,
I didn’t know Denial was located in the UK.

PAK-FA MKF with SPECTRA & GaN AESA + New gen IRST/TV + Meteor & Mica NG?
Yes please I’ll take 72. & sell 72 Rafales to the RuN because that STOL thingie is just ridiculous, seriously.
I wonder if the Mica NG would fit in the SRAM bays? 6 Meteors would surely fit in the main bay. Maybe even 8?
