You know what they should have done, they should have opened up the largest grass areas around the runway, that would be awesome, but airport security at LHR and in the world, that will never happen!
Nice, im just wondering when they are going to introduce a BNE-LAX direct route? It has sufficient demand, i dont know why they going via AKL!!!
Nice, Nice, very nice, are SQ going to use these aircraft on non-stop routes to the US?
YEs ur right the tail does seem different, so where abouts are the 7E7 parts being transported from???
OMG, thats shocking, how did it happen? and did they land the ask the aircraft to return back to the airport?
I think its stupid of BAA to close the viewing areas, and ask people not to go to the airport, for GOD sake it is the last day that the Concorde will be flying commercially, and they wont support as one of three main airports this beauty flies from!!!
Why dont a.net accepted your pictures? Do you have to pay to put them on?
To me your pictures are quite good, the quality is excellent, and the photo’s clear!!!

I would love to see the 345 fly with AC, it could have been used on routes like YYZ-HKG, YVR-SYD, YYZ-NRT, YYZ- Korea? It could have been also used on the India route an it would alow more cargo with its increased MTOW. Although i think there is an 85% cap on the number of passengers because of a bilateral agreement wiht India( I not 100% sure though). Any other routes that they could do?IMHO, i think AC should take delivery of its 345s and 346s. Yes, they are not at the best time for it but it could work out to be an advantage in the long run. They could have a long haul fleet consiting of:
A333’s
A343’s
A345’s
A346’sAfter the retirement of the 744s early next year this fleet would suit them well. Is there anyway AC could take delivery? Also, would the acceptance of the Aircraft be a problem, i know there are two 345’s waiting of them but would they have to wait for a new production slot on the 330/340 line?
Matt
Yeah AC were already planning for a YVR-SYD route when they would receive the aircraft!
I like it, its quite a good angle, i wonder what aircraft it was taken from?!
Yeah true Interflug62M, the B747 will start to become less popular and just fade away.
Yeah, thats good news, they were going to provide a non-stop service from Vancouver – Sydney but when they delayed or cancelled their delievery of the A340-500, the service remains a 1 stop service via Honolulu!!!
Is she as much an aviation enthusiast as you? Yeah SYD is awesome, she going to see the rugby, is that why shes going?
LOL steve you really defend the 747 over the A380, do you favour the 747 more, but yeah i wasnt meaning it will fade out, my jist was that it will probably become less popular!!!
Yep true comment, personally i think its good, Airbus have a good range of aircraft and doing pretty well at the moment!!!
Pretty awesome, i would love to go to Hong Kong one day and just view what comes in, especially hoping that on that day the A346 lands!!!
