It was always the airline my family flew when it was AN and QF competing, it would be good to see this airline expand to what ansett used to be in the domestic market, i doubt it will expand to that capacity as the market has changed dramatically but you can dream 🙂
The only thing that stunned me is to where Emirates will utilise all these orders nearly 200 i think its mind boggling 😛 not that i doubt their strategy but yeah it does make u wonder
Considering Air Canada fly Toronto – Delhi, and thats with an A340-300 so im pretty sure the 777 would have no troubles doing a New York City to Delhi non stop, taking in mind that it is less distance from YVR, and i dont know why every one is saying Mumbai when the press release says Delhi.

It would be good to see emirates open a route to Los Angeles most likely it would be via a city such as london or new york, if they ever brought out a longer range aircraft im sure EK would look into a non stop service!

Its really beneficial i believe, because really Osaka Kansai should be the one handling larger aircraft and leave Itami to handle smaller aircraft.
