Great work Darren, the slow-shutter speed panning shot of Ferocious Frankie is excellent.
Thanks Simon, they certainly bring back some interesting memories for me. Last time I saw the balloons at Bristol I had just nearly killed myself on a motorcycle training course there!
I particularly like the second one with the burners on, very atmospheric with the crowd in the shot as well.
Sadly it seems to be all the more common nowadays.
I am not disabled, I was in the Friends of the Fighter Collection enclosure, I stood at the back to not obstruct the view of people seated by me while I was taking photos and still people stood in front of me.
I am sorry that your day was spoiled Simon.
Nice work Rob.
Is the Hawk wearing tribute colours to 19 Squadron by any chance?
Please excuse me if that seems a daft question I am a little out of touch with the air show scene at present.
Excellent pictures, they really are the best I have seen of her.
Some excellent photographs, really like the Mirage shots.
Nasty looking weather but some good shots.
Some great pictures on the link Daz, The Black Spit was flown by Ezer Weisman during the War of Independence in 1948. Weisman retired from the IAF in 1969 with the rank of Major-General and was elected President of Israel in 1992.
I like the second shot very much indeed, great prop blur
That is a fabulous shot, some nice work on the website as well.
Great shots Darren, the MkV Spitfire looks glorious.
great shots Adam, I really must stop carrying on down the road to Donington Park and give it a whirl myself!
Excellent photos, well done
Farewell to a real flying legend, I salute you Sir Alex
Fabulous pictures, love the air-to-air shots
