sens-That data are good enough to hit an approaching Airbus/Boeing high up on a steady course and do nothing to prevent their fate.

Those data are more than good enough to whack down over-hyped F22 in a real world engament whenever the time comes, but there wouldn’t be a need for them, because F-22 would be damned useless in such a scenario .

My post is no sarcasm, it is my fair and honest view of Mr. GaryB. People on this forum think when one makes the right assessment to criticize the U.S or
has somewhat expressed his rational view of Russia, then he or she is anti-U.S or pro-Russian. I always like to digest what Mr. GaryB brings up here on this forum, and I had always liked it. I am in the same camp with Mr.GaryB
Here on Keypublishing , freedom of opinion should prevail and must be respected. Shouldn’t there be pros and cons in debate.Contact the Greeks for an answer.

I always like the professionalism with which Mr. GaryB makes his analysis and debate on the forum. It is always dense, concentrated and knowledgeable .Keep it up please.

I think the general should know the difference between a vacuum or thermobaric bomb and a conventional penetrator. The Russians have penetrators too , but perhaps would develop a hyper penetrator soon.
They don’t need to, since real nukes would do the job.
By the way have they tested their penetrators to know its actual capability?

Childish heh! “It is like children who say my father is better than your father”. I mean both the U.S. and Russia.

Test results of the new airborne weapon have shown that its efficiency and power is commensurate with a nuclear weapon,” he said.

“The main destruction is inflicted by an ultrasonic shockwave and an incredibly high temperature,” ORT added.

This new bomb is also environmentally friendly. Íran should rather persue the know-how of making this bomb instead of trying to make nuclear bombs.

I don’t understand why my posts are often deleted, I don’t post anything so offending. I don’t insult people on this forum, I don’t divert from the core thread too in my response to opinions.

AvgasDinosaur– Thank you for the correction which should read international airspace. Have you all heard about the Russians latest hypersonic stealth bomber not the stealth UCAV -SKAT which would soon be unveiled. They have almost $500 billion in reserves the third largest out of China and Japan and is growing alarmingly. I think these flights are normal routines which are also done by the U.S and the British alike. In 2006 ,249 such flights violated Russian airspace.

It is stealth and it is surely coming ,watch out. President Putin and the Russians are not bragging for nothing. Listen to the speech of Putin during
the opening ceremony of MAKS 2007. Read more about this stealth UAV bomber on the this site.http://www.spacewar.com/reports/Russia_unveils_pilotless_stealth_bomber_999.html

    Originally from Scooter:
Well, the former USSR went bankrupt trying to keep up with the West. Now Russia finally starts to get back on its feet and there ready for round two?

The former USSR under Gorbachev voluntarily stop the cold war and allowed the republics to find their own fate—Yeltsin put the finish torches to it. That actually disorganized Russia the center that held them together.
Imagine the USSR didn’t pull out of Eastern Europe and were still there could the West have done that? — Scared for almost 60 years and lived with the fear for so long. Remember always the USSR didn’t dissolve through conquest but through the goodwill and a God sent saviour one in Gorbachev to save the world from cataclysism and Armagedom. The west should be grateful and stop being arrogant of their “superiority and victory complex”.

What a threat with gas? Do you want Russia to subsidize gas to former Soviet states indefinately at lower costs far below market prices. Do western nations subsidize the costs of their high-tech consumer products to 3rd world countries. The subsidy of Russia to these countries far outweighs what the U.S provide as foreign aid to the thirld world in totality. How could Belarus pay $46 per 1000 cubic meters of gas while western European countries pay $350 per 1000 cubic meters. Do you think Russians are morons. The markets should dictate the price. Belaruss recently paid their gas debt of $490 million, only after Russia threatened to cut their supplies, after long period of default payment.—- that is bully heh!!!!!

They had the money to pay, but refused until force was applied. “When persuation fails force should be applied”. And it worked, even though, it is an
unpleasant behaviour and tactics. This also applies in international relations.

With the “Bear”, stay way from Russian borders, don’t expand NATO towards their country as promised by the father of Bush to Yeltsin. If you play macho-game Russia plays macho-game if you fool there is going to be a “hot war”–not cold this time around, because Russia is fed up with Cold wars, and it would come straight to Moscow as well as Washington, that would be MUTUAL as well as bring peace on earth, and thereafter, humans would live in peace without these two countries, though mankind would perish, but life
would spring up through divine intervention again as it were from ad infinitum.

I think in reality Russian airforce needs heavy stealth strategic and hypersonic strategic bombers for the big kill against the big bully.
