Until BA announce direct international flights from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland I don’t think they should be called the UK’s national carrier instead they should be called English Airways

Greece Airways, the Greek-Scottish interest airline, was founded in December 2003, and until now operates Air Scotland’s scheduled services from Glasgow to 7 destinations in Spain, whereas soon it will fly from Athens to Pakistan. It is noteworthy that for the summer period from 20-06-04 to 30-10-04, 61 airlines operate scheduled services to / from the Athens airport.

Air-Scotland/Greece airways same airline, the only reason they have the Greece Airways thing is because of the Glasgow-Athens route

Long way to go to connect. Whats wrong with LHR or AMS. I dont like Emirates but I do like the original and still the best Gulf Air. I used to like their Tristars!

Still the same distance to the destionations and not everyone wants to change terminals at LHR or fly KLM
