So your diplomacy ranks with the navigation skills?

I also would like to hear the Sabena story 🙂 No harm done, since they went bankrupt years ago.
sometimes euthanasia would be a good idea for these morons. Unfortunatly they are all over the place.:(
old thread with some pics of the wrecks. I assume these are gone by now. Shame really, those cockpit panels and windscreen could have been recovered.

Talking of T-33, are those 2 smashed cokpits still in the scrappy in cumbria,
the two Ex Spadeadam ones ??or has anyone managed to aqquire one ?
I believe they were scrapped 🙁 Would also like to know if anything is left. Also, where did these come from? ex-BAF?
G-HUEY?
.
I wouldn’t mind a cockpit but I don’t think Greece will let these go!
Nope, seems there is a problem with the engine control software.
Seeing that reminded me about the Stampe SV-4 hanging in the departures area at Brussels Airport…….
That one has been removed unfortunatly:(
There’s a catch. They removed the data plate and you don’t get a bill of sale. Which means you can’t register it with the FAA so you can’t fly it! The one who buys it is stuck with a big lump of worthless aluminium as you can’t prove you own it!
Seems their practice to make sure their planes are kept on the ground. Wouldn’t surprise me if they cut the wingspars too!
oh, and the Boomerang is a T-6 based replica.
Glad to hear the surgery went well! Hope the hip heals fast and enjoy the upcoming birthday:)
Just got home last night with my new baby. It’s a Fouga Magister as some of you allready guessed. I’ll post some pics tomorrow or something. To tired now. It was only a 1120 mile trip:eek:
Nice finds!
