It’s there and a very nice museum. well worth a visit. The Dora Vormezeele used for parts for his flying example is also there. the lysander is just a frame though. Not much more.

if you don’t mind losing the finish, sandblast it and repaint it. Otherwise cleaning with water, let dry and paint with varnish?

as far as I know no SOT aircraft was in that hangar. I did read however that they need to move from the hangar they are now using

There are certain aspects of the project that have to be kept in the dark, if you use your common sense, you’ll know which areas these are.

A sponsor won’t be found while she is sitting on jacks in the hangar for exactly the same reason that people like you won’t give any money.

Euhm, if you want people to donate, it would help A LOT to let them see it. Even if it’s still on jacks. Especially when it’s on jacks! that way people can see what is happening. I really wanna see her fly, but to get to that point, I think a Vulcan to the sky needs to open up. Organise an event, inform people what has been done and what needs to be done, open the bloody hangar doors and people WILL start donating again.
