    as for crazymainer: You want to see one in their original colors? Go to a museum! If they fly, I don’t care if they are painted bright green with orange polka dots! I’m just gratefull that I can still see one flying 60+ years after the war. These things cost lots and lots of money to get(keep) them in the air and if painting them in red bull colors keeps em in the air, fine by me!

    A friend photographed it whilst examining TSR2 parts (and numerous Scimitar fuselages).

    got any pics? I thought Scimitars were very rare with only 3 aircraft and about 5 cockpits remaining :confused: and TSR2 parts 😮

    I read they used models for the attack scene as the stuka’s they created were thought to be unsave to fly?

    euhm, looks like he DID get into the water :s did he survive? Check WM987. there’s a pilot in that oen as well!

    It’s a new trend the last few years. More and more aircraft get a diesel conversion

    The MK 4E was also used in Fouga Magister jets. Is there anyone here who can provide me with pictures(high res) or a manual of the 4E? I am writing a book and could really use the info :s
