That used to be one of my favorite things! At the end of the day riding in the cockpit, hand on brake, while the aircraft got towed back to the hangar:D
I’m not sure if it has been mentioned yet in this thread but there is a Starfighter with taxiing ambitions isn’t there? Does anyone know how that getting on at all?
One other tip for their use, do not put a full bottle of shampoo in it. I seem to remember one being affected by air pressure and blowing the top of the bottle of making a right mess of the clothes within.
Reminds me of a certain Belgian AF jet that tried to smuggle wine bottles back home. 😀
I used to check in twice a day. now maybe once every 2 months. I do see improvements that make this “workable”. Still missing a “mark this forum read” button at the top.
Thanks Peter! I left when the new forum came about. I see it has been “adjusted” somewhat. I’ll see if I can return now and then and do some updating. Links in my original post do seem to be working for me.
I think they finally found something to kill this forum. Very bad lay-out, hard to navigate. Way too much white space. Can’t seem to edit my old posts. It’s a mess. The previous one was bad in the beginning but turned out great after some tweaks. Can’t see this being rectified. We need specific forum software.
