The F-22 was “shot down” in two seperate situations, a Russian Su-27 “shot down” one, and a Eurofighter did too.

*This was with a fully loaded Raptor though, as it has no stealth properties and limited performance fully loaded – just using the internal weapon bays it may have won.

One Eurofighter also managed to “shoot down” two F-15 by itself, this is due to outstanding handling – it can sustain 9Gs and manouver over mach one.

All of these “shooting downs” were simulated, just incase some of you arn’t intellegent enough to realise this.

I thought the Puma was being replaced by the Merlin

I think the Eurofighter is the best aircraft in the world, but its hard to compare the two.
