The airbase featured in this video feed is most likely Nasosnaya AB (in some sources also referred to as Nasosniy AB) in the north west of the capital Baku.
When you compare the roudels of this An-26 and the Mig-31 you will well notice that they are completely different. The one with the soviet style red star is the official AF roundel. But what about the blue and green one ? Is that the one of the boarder guard or maybe the the ministry of interior ? Does somebody know ?
