Reports are emerging in the United States, Japan and South Korea that North Korea might be preparing a second nuclear test.

US spy satellites have detected suspicious activity near the site of last week’s test.

Officials in Washington say they cannot be certain of what the North Koreans are doing, but their activity is a concern.

On the eve of departing for a trip to north Asia, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says she hopes Pyongyang will not conduct a second test.

“We’re watching it, obviously, and discussing it with other parties as well,” she said.

“I think it goes to say that that would further deepen the isolation of North Korea and I hope they would not take such a provocative act.”

They look more like Predators. And thats not anywhere near PAF Samungli.

If these are Hellfire equipped Predators then these might as well be responsible for precision strikes in the Waziristan region. Any idea on the range of these birds? because Wazirisitan itself is nowhere near this base.
