Anyone know what the blades on the Venom in the last set are?
The blades are antennas and reflectors for IFF and Navaid.
Please note that the red/white Iranian a/c is a Pakistan-built PAC MFI-17 Mushshak.
R 222 is Argenitinian- i do not think it can be in sweden? But….

Second oldest deH 82 flies in Sweeden, not had time to check regn……..
Oldest DH 82 flies in Sweden, SE-ADF (c/n 3113), no prior UK reg 🙂
It used a RM6B Swedish licence build Avon 200 with their own design afterburner. I don’t think a British Avon would do the job.
A 32A Lansen 32028/G-BMSG is fitted with a RM5A (RR Avon RA 21).
No I stupidly did not take any photos that day. The only photo I have is one that someone sent me, but of the camouflaged TWs in the hangar.
I would be delighted if you could perhaps scan that pic and send it over 🙂
PM on its way.

Many thanks! I have fwd the info to the owner of SE-ELF.
When 4X-AIM was registered in Sweden as SE-BKG in 1987 the SwAF id no. 26158 was found stamped on several positions in the airframe + SwAF data plate located in the tail. And 26158 was the former 44-63864……..
