£60 is a snip!!
Those Red Letter Days used to charge about £125 for a Tiger trip (before they went bust). I recall the event is VERY popular, and an early arrival is required if you have a special requirement. I guess the Dragon is the most exotic.
Jetbus posted this picture last year in Aug.

Maybe a front fuselage would fit in a standard container, shipping cost to the UK, say, £5K.
Would there be any interest in that, I wonder, or are there already enough?
Taken on phone??
Not bad at all, pretty good composition generally.
It might be worth playing with the settings a bit, as they look a bit grainy (ASA?), and perhaps the white balance needs adjusting. It depends on the camera, to a large extent, how much it will give you.
Nice shots- thanks for posting.
Its all the up-to-date contributions that really make the forum worth visiting.
Old Warden (Shuttleworth Collection) have soared into the lead with a historic £1.65 per litre (inc). However, they will serve it to you in a very genteel manner!
Wise words, black 6.
Now, would you be interested in buying a large bag of powdered magnesium?
Just 16 in today (Monday)
Sunday was great, though, and I hope the organisers are encouraged to do another one next year. Surely they must be luckier with the weather…..
Keevil seems a very nice little field, and up to now a bit of an unknown factor. Apparently the RAF take Hercs in for tactical training, and fling LandRovers out the back , hence the chewed up surface in places.
Is it still quite underpopulated in Nofolk?
Oh dear.
Summons up courage for very first post, and then …………..SQUASH!
Welcome to the forum, Truc.
As at 10.30 this morning, the total was one arrival.
However…
Altogether now.
”The sun ‘ll come out, tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow
There ‘ll be sun
Just thinking about tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow.”…… etc.
Fatnav,
What will you be bringing? Coming from Haverfordwest?
Fingers crossed for Sunday.
Old Warden is a fantastic place, with a brilliant atmosphere.
BUT, because most of the displays feature the resident collection to a greater or lesser extent, there is a feeling of deja-vu about quite a lot of the events.
As I recall, the weather at the most recent event was less than clement, and that is always the crucial factor dictating the turn-out of the masses.
Weather looking a bit tricky for Saturday, but Sunday might be OK, and then there is Monday as well……….
Lets just hope it will not be swamped like Hullavington last year.
