I meant Saudi as a generalisation.

It might have been Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, I dunno for sure. Some part of the “nice” middle-east, though. It was definately a Phantom they were trying to buy and, for some reason, they weren’t allowed to bring it back to the UK.
I suppose it might have been because they were trying to export it from a country that Britain isn’t friendly with.
