Have 2 agree the livery on Titan makes the airline look cheap!

For BHX it would be great to see an airline like AI fly to the city, it surely must only be a matter of time before they realise that Birmingham has a need for a service to India, PK seem to be doing well from the city as do HY and T5. Would be great to see an AI join them! Would also be nice to see BA/AA return with a flight to the states, but can’t really see that happening.

I though he was going to be banned? Lets hope he doesn’t start flooding the forum with his ‘usual’ type of message.

I have in the past flown with CO to EWR. I found the seats and service to be fine, but wouldn’t say the airline is anything special, I have flown with airlines which deserve this award far more!

Never is a very strong word to use! It may not be an option at the moment but you never know what may happen in the future.

It always makes me laugh when people turn around and say ‘i’ll never fly this airline again’ esp with charters, as you know on their next visit to Lunn Poly if a holidays cheaper then the airline doesn’t usually come into it! With scheduled airlines then passengers have a point as you have a choice but on a charter package! So green320 if your parents told you they had booked a trip to Allicante and you were flying with FCA would you refuse to go????

I’d be surprised if any company got somebody on work experience an airside pass. Simply because on top of a criminal record check you need a 5 year checkable work history, therefore it would take ages! Ground handiling agents do offer w/e but all you can do is sit there, you can’t go airside, you can’t try doing check in, etc, etc.

CO and BE also codeshare between BHX and EWR, which is always useful for passengers wanting to connect with BE flights to Jersey, Isle of Man, etc!

I’m not sure how one flight can justify your tag “BA hater?”

The Skyrail only runs between the NEC and BHX, but the railway station is attached to the NEC so you only have a very short walk between the airport, railway station and NEC!

I wasn’t that impressed with the BHX viewing area within the airport in T1. I thought that the viewing areas outside of the airport were better and free, but saying that the aviation experience is good for its exhibits, like the old airline seats (are they from CO?)

Seahawk I can assure you I am not skylinerworld, I don’t have the time or the desire to create websites and i’m not really into getting into arguments on forums. Putting aside that comment I am as I say looking forward to joining in with some interesting aviation related discussions!

I flew from T2 at BHX a few weeks ago and must say I was very impressed with the terminal and service within it.

Nice to hear that, i’m looking forward to reading some interesting posts on the site now. I’ll certainly return now that it appears that Skylinerworld or whatever he calls himself has gone, lets hope other sites follow suit!
