Dude If you actually knew anything about airlines other than the pretty paint jobs or commercials we could talk about something. Oh I forgot something!
It’s always nice to make to have the money to make commercials with the sweat off the employees back. May United rot in Hell
Why should we when we devloped the ultimate airframe to finish the war..
I’ve taken a good look at a B-52 in Orlando, FL that has been parked about 20 years has severe sheetmetal and structual damge due to the salt air and Orlando is several miles from the sea. The Concorde wont last any time where it is now. It will be taking a (mist) salt bath daily.
If you ever worked for United you would understand!!
I guess they are willing like us you pulling the English out of scrapes that aren’t our fight.

I agree with moggy. Sure the engine runs but everything else is rotting and and what isn’t is slowly fuseing itself together. setting is really tough on gyros, avionics, and hydraulics and fuel systems and just about everything else. I plane is like a body. Everything needs to be exercised.
That’s what the S.O.B’s did with my retro pay! I hate United Airlines. I hope they rot in failed airline hell!

I hope the maintenance is better on the United 747’s than the
A-320’s. United sends their planes out to 3rd party chop shops and they put the gear in wrong. It worked a few times and then it turned 90 degrees. The plane landed like this. I could have killed everyone. I heard of engines failing also.
I flew a Bell 47 D-1 and it had Wood ( Spruce ) blades and the jetranger I flew had aluminum blades. And the olny other form I know of is composite
