    That is my neck of the woods Rob, it was called Freeman field down by French lick, Indiana. I was down there several times and all they found were a few parts and some at a local dump. There is the remains of a PT-19 in a local forest that was dumped for the civil air patrol to find

    Freeman field yes that the place, if I remember right they found all sorts of Germand stuff including a complete Fin some engines and other bits and peices.

    Now for the PT-19 is it still thier and could we swap it for a Spam Can.

    Also Wrenchbender it looks like we are going to try to have some sort of gathering in Nov with the North East Wix patrol just a heads up.

    Rob: It was there when I left Indiana last year but the wood was long gone and there were a few metal fittings Landing Gear, Rudder petals, that were salvageable and the fuselage would make would make a good template for new construction.

    [QUOTE=crazymainer]Skypilot,

    I can think of three here in the States.

    1) Lex Crally yes the same person who just beat the US Navy over the Brewester Corsiar found a rather large collection of Buried german items at a field in a Mid-West State here US I can’t remember the name of the Field but the USAF used it for capture German Evos.

    You should be ashamed as a man! I would rather be beat to death with a hammer than hand over my stuff without a fight. I had a guy pull a bat on me once and I told him he’d better hit me on the first swing because if he misses I’m going to kill him. I guess he decided he didn’t want any of that and took off. It is all in how you carry yourself! Get a marine hair cut, wear old clothes, and walk with a attitude, and talk loud like you arn’t going to take Sh#@ Like a bully. Now you are going to have to go thru the rest of your life knowing that you were chumped and did absoulutely nothing to defend your’self, By far it is a much worse fate than getting hit with a hammer.
