There is no accounting for the human condition. Take the people who reportedly mocked the fate of those poor Welsh miners recently on Facebook for example, or the yob that pi**es on the village war memorial. Or the reporter that secretly hacks into a missing girls mobile phone.
The concept of ‘Civilization’ is but a wafer thin veneer it would seem.
