Too close
The aircraft bears a striking resemblance to the F-22. Too much so for coincidence, IMHO.
Majority of the images are in the public domain. Be sure of that and you’ll be fine.
This is key. I’ve personally been had by aircraft that are inferior to my own on paper, simply out of lack of experience, or poor gamesmanship. I’ve also gunned the brains out an F-15C when he decided to throw the E-M diagrams into the wind, and try something new. It all comes down to the man in the box, and how well he/she knows their aircraft and that of their adversary. I’d be willing to bet my next paycheck that an F-86 or MIG-17 flown properly, could gun the face off of a Flanker, Eagle, or Raptor flown improperly.
Then, inferior MiG-17’s were scoring kills against missile-armed F-4’s in Vietnam. It is not impossible for older, legacy types to get the best of a newer system.
Once could make their own?
Handy with Photoshop, Illustrator, or even the GIMP? Wikipedia has free SVG/PNG files of each nation’s roundel. Put them together, publish…

Other pilots evaluate the Eagle’s maneuvering capabilities as more analogous to MiG-23MLD.”
Laughable
Sometimes an order can be streched a little bit, when all participants kept their mouth. Just near the end of your term in the AF the “flying desk” is worth it. Fighter pilots have to be agressive to be successful.
RADAR tapes don’t lie.
Both aircraft are great in their own regards. Any outcome is going to be strongly dependent on whom is in the cockpit. Especially with two aircraft so close in design and performance.
Race to the bottom?
I think, in design implementation, there comes a point where a common set of criteria will produce a common result. Requirements like stealth, high-speed, and enhanced situational awareness (i.e. good visibility) will bring everyone to the same conclusions. Throw in the “if it works for them, it will work for us” principle and very liberal practices around research gathering, some similarity is almost a given.
Just a thought…
Su-35 vs. J-10
Which is better? One way to find out. My $$$ is on the Su-35.

Technicaly it isn’t russian, but chinese:D

The Chinese didn’t exactly design the F-6. The Russians even had to help the Chinese set up and start the assembly line before acceptable examples starting being produced.
Usable?
F-35 is initially going to replace 40-45 year old F-16s with 20-25 year old avionics. The Turks have some newer F-16s, but they’ll probably keep & continue to upgrade them, not sell them second hand. They’ll retire the F-4 & older, worn-out F-16s.
I don’t see a glut of used F-16s flooding the market & bringing prices down in the future. Romania has already been offered ex-USAF F-16s free (for the aircraft: it would have to pay for all the other things needed to bring them into service), but decided it couldn’t afford them at the moment. How are F-16s going to get cheaper than that?
Could it be that the FAP airframes would be cheaper because they are already airworthy. Romania would have to apply their national insignia after pilot training and ground crew instruction to operate the ex-FAP F-16’s. Taking old USAF example and overhauling them is a bigger deal and expense.

Some folks may debate the niceness of the photo, but I like it. I am also the author.

Still lethal
It looks like CGI because it is CGI.
I like the pic with the Tomcat chasing the Bear. Interesting load of 1 Phoenix, 1 Sparrow and I assume 1 Sidewinder, but no tanks.
One of each still makes the tomcat a very lethal kitty.
CGI
The F-15 & MiG-23 almost looks-like a CGI image. The MiG-23’s ventral fin is not extended, for example.
