Looks nice, but is it me or does the skin on the mossie above look a bit uneven?

Is it a replica? I cant remember
The Kent Spitfire TA805
I also have a few video clips from recent times taken of The Kent Spitfire, hopefully she will be back a Biggin anyday soon now.
Nice and close up footage with TA805 at Duxford:

There were two lovely small vintage style red racing cars, each with beastly engines up at Duxford this morning hurtling up and down. I would like to know what engines they had, word has it they are worth £2million each! I cant remember the exact name but it said ………. restorations on their van.
At Duxford today TFCs’ P-39 aircobra took to the air and came back about half hour later for a nice display.
As usual I managed to capture the proceedings on film which I will be uploading soon.
Also up by the ARC hanger today in area 51 is a container, could this be the ex CAF Buchon or the container for the MKV Desert Spits departure?

The Biggin Hill Air Fair seems to have got a bit ironed out already.
I dont think thats the end of the list, last year the list was updated with new aircraft every month or so.
Talking of BBMF though heres a few videos Ive uploaded if you havnt already seen them.

Progress is being made and no you will not see it this year.
The Skyraider dose fly at other events during the year, but it`s something you just don`t fly around for the fun of it.G-ANPK
Understandably, it must drain fuel at an alarming rate too. I would like to see it at other venues though, thanks.
Another question does the Skyraider fly at all apart from where I only ever see it, at Legends? I asked this question a while ago but got no response has anyone seen it any other time of the year?

Duxford 7th February
A lovely clear sunny day up at Duxford yesterday, Radial revelations T-28 Fennec did a nice display about lunch time. I managed to capture it on film so here it is, enjoy.
Headcorn today
Pete Kynsey and Anna Walker were present at Headcorn, Pete did a very spirited display in a Bucker Jungman going upside down along the airfield at what seemed like just a few feet off of the ground, really enjoyable. Also T6 Harvard ‘Carly’ went up a couple of times not to mention a couple of resident tiger moths.
Also to display was John Romains Dutch two seater MK IX which he displayed at about 3:45. As before Ive managed to capture the Spitfire on film.

Not wholly correct, there’s quite a bit of GRP on it.
Is there then any history in this Hurricane or is the airframe basically a replica?
I think the Seafire 17 was one of the best looking of all the spit/seafire family, The Mk47 was allso I great aircraft, I think one of the problems with the seafire was that they were a little too late to really do anything in the war after the weak fuselarge problem had been sorted, I allso agree with the landing issue:D
Definately agree, looks and sounds great, Ive just uploaded this video of Kennet Aviations Seafire 17 from its display at Shoreham 2007 airshow.
I got two books; ‘Baders Last Fight’ by Andy Saunders (book of the recent Channel 4 program) and ‘Johnny Checketts: The Road To Biggin Hill’ by Vincent Orange. Really looking forward to reading both of them.
first thing on the list (I hope): change that UGLY cheap instrument panel and repaint the cockpit!
Yes and then rip out the Merlin and put a DB 605 in the nose! We can only dream…
