The only true answer is to oust the corrupt governments and war lords of the third world countries and let the already plentifull flow of aid money actually get to those who need it.

This tax is NOT the answer. It will only continue to feed the aforementions corrupt governments and warloards

Though this is true in parts not all African governemnts are corrupt and some are trying to implement aid programs to help their citizens. However we in the UK & USA aren’t helping with aid that is tied to restrictions to stop the country developing and spending money on flagship projects & military. (The UK is the world’s biggest exporter of arms). It just shows the hipocricy of western governments 😀

Ok – when you’ve got your shot press “Print Screen” and then go to any image editor even (dare i say it) MS Paint and press past (CTrl+V). Crop off the edges and copy the new selection. go to save as select type as JPEG and voila. I know they’re are programs to capture images but I can’t seem to find one. Over to you…
