They have used the T7 before on this route before (LGW-GLA-LGW), one of the other GLA-LGW flights was cancelled so presumably they consolidated both flights onto the 777.
Top shots – imagine the GLA regulars were pleased to see that one 😀
Fantastic shots – the quality is extremely good!!
Great photos mate – liking that final Air Europa.
Good news for Doncaster Sheffield Robin Hood Airport (:D)!
Centralwings haven’t ceased service they’ve just dropped some routes, I believe to give the aircraft some downtime or something.
Love that Turkish shot Mike – is that Toulouse beneath you?

Some nice pics there. But GIA use the South Terminal at LGW 🙂 By the looks of things its parked at the cargo area? I’ll take a guess at that being taken on June 1st? Stand 161? If so, it arrived on stand 23 and was towed away to 161. Stayed overnight for an A check.

They do indeed use the South Terminal – my bad 😀
Your guess is absolutely correct 😮
Rumours like this help boost share price. That’s all I’m saying

Seriously doubt the 757-200s have been grounded, they are only built in early 90s. The 767-200 however, a different story.
It’s not neccesarily to do with age of the aircraft at all – most likely not. easyJet had some problems a few years back when the aircraft were all missing the correct insurance form and the whole fleet was grounded.
If a fleet is grounded it will often be for admin reasons rather than actual concerns with the aircraft.
Lovely set of photos PMN 🙂
Bucket and sponge for the bmi A320 though.
😀

Fantastic shots as ever, Tom.
Favourite has to be the second shot of AC – it’s wonderful 😀
Nice shots Danny 😀
