RE: Ryanair aren’t a bunch of idiots

I think customers are clever enough to know what are they getting when they purchuse a ticket, but anyway I don´t reject the fact of Ryanair flying with two classes: Business for Sabena customers and tourist for Ryanair. The same thing happened with Virgin Express. Agressive entrance in the Belgium market and cooperation next.

Don´t allow such a rude and vulgar person worry you at all. Somepeople don´t deserved even being answered. Well I don´t really know the exact numbers of passengers but my choose would be.
    1) LH
    2) BA
    3) AF
    4) KLM
    5) SR
    6) IB
    7) AZ
    8) SAS
    9) Sabena
    10) Austrian, Lauda, TAP….
I think it´s a difficult question since it varies year after year.

    RE: Iberia pilots strike again

I have read an article today saying that pilots trade unions all across Europe have met in secret in a tiny and exotic island of the pacific to agree a common strategy of strikes. Although they deny it, facts are clear. First LH, then IB, now SR and in the future AF and BA…..who can stop this guys?. An EU regulatory law?.

Heathrow of course: American airports could be big and really busy but absolutely dull: Few shops, no shopping malls, terrible food halls…..terrible.

Well I think, it´s a silly behaviour. One never knows what they would encounter in these destinations. I would never cancel my reservations for one of this problems. I have been going to the UK despite the problems of the foot-and-mouth desease of Mad cows.

I think is normal feeling upset. If I were a holidaymaker I would be annoyed. But I feel that reasonable travellers usually are well informed when they travel abroad and don´t make judgements about a country or situation for accidental indidents. Travelling is still an adventure and we should be able to face all type of eventualities. A survey was made among travellers who had come here and after that they were satisfied and had forgotten the strike.

    RE: Freedom Airlines

I think is a bad idea, and bad for gays since it means discrimination. I am not gay myself, but think that nobody should be segregated for his/her sexual tendencies. Creating that means that people should be treated in a different way because they are “different”. Possitive discrimination could be bad too.

I fully welcome old sterwardess as far as they are friendly.
Time gives professionalism. Old flight attentands have had to face all type of situations and know what to do in all situations. I feel more secure flying with an old expert crew than with nice, cute, young and usually inexpert ones. As far as the airline is concerned, I see it within Lufthansa group very soon. Spanair (owned by 48% by SAS) is talking with LH for a possible merger.

As a Spaniard, as I have to apologize for that and feel ashamed at the same time by these abusive guys….(18% salary rise). Most of the citizens in this country have been demanding our goverment (too soft in this cases) a tough measure. Nothing has been done. It seems that everything is over since they are negociating and an agreement is espected. I don´t really think this would affect the touristic situation since for most of the tourist this is not their first trip to the Islands and know that normally things work reasonable well in here.

BD doesn´t offer good food any more, at least in European flights. I have flown a couple of times and the only thing I got, paying a high fare a single salad…..and a horrible Mousse. The worst inflight service ever.

LH Cityline configuration is a nice leather 2×2 seats and plenty of space for a hot meal.

    RE: HETHROW RUNWAY THREE

I would say, no more expansion in LHR. It´s too big, congested, noisy and inefective. High speed trains need to be promoted in order to reduce the short and medium haul flights, the airlines have to understand that passengers don´t enjoy hub policies and prefer devoloping secondary regional (Birmingham, Manchester, East Midlands….)hubs despite not being so profitable and on the other way London aera has many other locations to distribute the traffic. I know it won´t be popular among airlines, but enlarging LHR will be a big problemn. The main problemn……too congested skies, no space available to locate more aircraft and this will mean narrower gaps between planes. I get concerned everytime I have to fly LHR. More imaginative is needed. In Germany MUC was promoted. In Paris a new third airport is planned and iN Spain two alternatives airports will be built arround MAD which will be closed in 2025.

I will remain a hard market for Airbus as fas as the Japanese keep on walking hand to hand with the americans. Politic preasure is still strong in many countries too depending on the US administration. In any case it´s normal.
