I got SQ upper deck for my next june A380 flight. 😀
Thanks for your suggestions. It seems the option would be BA.
I am glad for the result of the event. But let me be a little bit politically incorrect here. I still don´t know, if the pilot was a hero, or a well trainned professional who did his job. In some aviation forums, I have been able to read that media is overeacting too soon.
I have been talking to other pilots and although they praised his skills, it´s relatively survivable one, trainned in the simulators. I don´t want to diminish the crew abilities, but until now we still don´t know if both engine failed, and if it was a bird strike. As far as we know, both engines haven´t been found yet. And no access to the back boxes yet.
Any evidence of dual engine failure?. If only one failed, and the other was working, someone will have to give full explanations. A plane is supposed to be able to climb with a single engine, unless a spare part from the engine could have affected the control surfaces. So could we confirm that both engines failed?.
Sometimes, when we are not real flight experts, shouldn´t be questioning what the crew makes. Just sit back, relax, and let them do their work. They usually know what they are doing. :diablo:

I don´t think prettiness had anything to do with passports

WOWWW, great. I´ve been to India, but a good reason to go back, and sampling the nice Kingfisher First. However I have to correct one thing. Iberia and Air Europa operated shorly from Madrid and Bombay some years ago.
Correct. No baggage until you get to your final destination.
Baggage checking is only in T4. T45 is only a satelite connected by a rail link which takes a few minutes. BUT….airport is huge, so allow a minimum of 60 minutes between tranfer between both terminals. It´s a fancy airport, but most Spaniards hate it. Too long, too big, huge distances.
You have tinted glasses in both terminals, and no police control in this issue. You may use binoculars, camaras, video, whatever you feel like. Fortunately the light is not good, through the smoked glasses.
You only have to be concerned is about Iberia ongoing strike. :diablo:
Will I find those girls in my next flights? :diablo: RED HOT
Well, less British in Spain (drop of 15% in our resorts), more Spaniards in London…sorry guys…..it will be more noisy with more of us wandering 😀 And……..as a frequent flier who books flights from London, for me is just great. I am going shopping in january to the sales 🙂
Just one example. Long haul with Emirates right now at 430 pounds, which is 430 euros………wowwww…great.
Dan, it may be a bad news for the passenger point of view but an Embraer it´s absolutely more cost effective compared to the old 146s. And business it´s first for airlines.
I hate to fly whatever I like it or not. So I don´t have any goal. I have a booking for the A380, so I suppose it will be a thrill, and will take quite a big load of pictures. Planned Seattle, New York, Dubai and Singapore with connections planned. Many others to come, and lots of internal, european flights. So plenty of spotting.
I want to buy a radio to hear the planes frequencies, when they land over here. Not having too much traffic it´s a bit tricky to know where they are coming from when they land.
Please, please, I want a Lufthansa Spain……………
Thanks Alliance
