RE: What is the meaning of life?
Depends if one belives in God or not. For me, being a moderate catholic is a step to other life and a way earn eternity. But it doesn´t mean that I don´t have my doubts and questions about this issue.
RE: Lan Chile A340 pic.
I don´t know if BA flies to Santiago. The most convenient thing is as you say, via MAD with Lan Chile or Iberia, with which they have codeshare with all their flights to Spain. Lan Chile flew with B767 to MAD, but now most of these B767 have been converted into freighters. Other brands include LanPeru. I put one Lan Chile B767 taken when the airline flew it. Also in MAD

They operate via Madrid (as the main hub of all Latin American airlines) to Paris and Frankfurt. It´s the most brilliant livery I have ever seen.
RE: Iberia A340
well, I have to say that the pic was taken through a smoked window so everything seem really dull and dark and old look. In any case, Iberia livery and image need to be changed. I am not for a dramatic change, I don´t like white fuselages with lack of painting, but at least from this image changing things a bit. Uniforms need an urgent change.
RE: Flying classics
Thanks for the remarks to my pics, Kenneth.
RE: Is Christmas Too Commercial?
Definitely, but it depends if we are able to control excessive consuption and give it the value which want it to give (familiar, religious….). It´s hard though not getting into this circle.

RE: Easyjet enigma
Malaga planes overfly Bilbao. In any case, your theory seems to me very interesting. Two theories…..traffic controllers and heart attack. You´re brilliant.
RE: BOND… a big smash!
I have just returned and incredibly, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only because the film was made in Cadiz (not Havana with Spanish actors) but the plot itself. I have to admit that the new James Bond films have lost a bit of its former subtleness, too many punches, but the result this time it´s absolutely brilliant. Some clitches but not so many. Halli is gorgeous, but James is not as british and is a bit American in terms action. More action, less intrigue. I suppose new audience wants new strategies.

RE: Pic Of The Day-Iberia
YES, It´s the same photo. I am glad, my friend had sent it to airliners.net and this had been accepted.

Nothing to do Arthur. There´s no major ilegal refueling facilities in Ceuta or petrol harbour. I have been in Ceuta, I have been in Gibraltar, and we can´t hide facts or the sun with a finger. I have myself have to see many times in the “Linea de la Concepción” (opposite GIB) all the polution casued by the constant fuel leaks and tankers tanks cleansing from all tankers which are on the bay.

I had caught it, I was just joking.
