no body said it looks de Havilland:)
Too few wings to look de Havilland.
Lockheed Vega 35 / NA-35 ?
RWD-8 pic
RT, here are the 2 photos I have of this RWD-8.
They were taken during the 1948 Independence war, when the newborn Israel was invaded by its 5 neighbours. Those planes were the only link to the world for many of the villages under siege.

The photos were taken at kibbutz Revivim, the hagannah’s command center in the Negev. The “runway” shows how desperate the conditions were then.

Shana tova / happy new year to those who celebrate it now. 🙂
Rafael’s Litening is quite successful on the export markets, with 20-some forces selecting it.
Egyptian paras jumping out of an IL76, love this pic
Hmmm. This IL-76 looks suspisciously like a C-17…
THe IPTC fields are reased in the pic you posted, but I’d bet it is one of the Bright Star photos by the USAF.
Fab… rica Militar?
Looks like the FMA IAe-32 Chingolo trainer from Argentina in 1950.
Indeed it is the Bedek B-101 business jet mockup of the 1950s.
The relationship with the Fouga Magister is that at the time, Bedek (now IAI) was licence-manufacturing the Tsukit.
And no wonder it reminded Al of the Westwind.
Indeed, Avion ancien is right, I am guilty of forgetting about “no unbuilt project”. Apologies for that.
Wout has control.
Aeronut is getting closer. Indeed this plane is related to the Fouga Magister.
No connection with either Piaggio or Douglas.
Thank you Wout.
Let’s try this beauty:
Mr Creosote is almost right. I think it is the Aerfer Leone. 😀
Absolutely. The Kellett XR-8 helo with two intermeshing 3-bladed rotors of 1944.

Your turn, Ivan.
Merci l’Ancien!
A big thank you to Avion Ancien,
and a proposal for next puzzle:
Can you id this twin egg-beater tadpole?
