Webber may have hidden talents Edgar !
Maybe he is a good development driver or something, but he has shown no signs of being a championship calibre driver.
That would of course be in your not so humble opinion. He has won 9 grands prix. Keke Rosberg only won 5 GPs and was world champion. The great majority of F1 drivers go through their whole career without a win.
How about this one?

Old saying, figures can lie and liars can figure!!!!!!!!!!!

Without derailing this thread, superstitious myths & magic spells are hardly the stuff of facts & truth. You are free to practice your religion, but that doesn’t give you the right to expect others to follow it or for you to indoctrinate others.
People need to separate basic human rights from superstition.
That`s your first post in this thread that I agree with 100%

Yes Dave, go to Youtube and search “Eric Brown pilot”, you will find plenty. Also grab any of his books especially “Wings On My Sleeve”, To get some appreciation of the man`s accomplishments.

Hi Daniel, just to be pedantic, I noticed on your flickr page you described it as a Canso. It`s a US built Catalina.
Simmo.
Lovely photos Daniel. looked like a great day, I`m sorry I missed it. I`m probably biassed but I loved the head on shot of the Cat, looks like a lesson in geometry.

One question keeps recurring on these discussions:
How many innocent young and old people have to die before these doughwhackers come to their senses? Is there a magic number that will make them think, or does their ridiculous “god given right to bear arms and play cowboys” over ride all common sense?
All the terrorist organisations around the world, will never be as successful at killing Americans as are Americans playing with guns.

Here is a pic of the Beau at the Camden Museum of Aviation – the late Harold Thomas collection. Hope it helps.

I thought that was the Australian Mossie until I saw the jackets!
If you keep calling it the Aussie Mosquito you will have a massive Kiwi dummy spit.
Highly doubtful, all the Cats I`ve seen in museums have the ammo canisters mounted in a rack on the bulkhead immediately forward of the blister – in arms length of the gunner. The next compartment forward was the sleeping quarters with four bunks and not a lot of room for storing ammo canisters.
The Cats in RAAF service had the 50s belt fed from a large ammo box mounted on the walkway between the guns.

Nice page, thanks Phil makes me realise how long it`s been since I`ve been to the AWM.
