Another fine batch, Paul. 😀 😀
I like your shot of the wing especially, but they’re all excellent shots
I love the ‘Silver Bullet’ shot – it offers the possibilities of great reflections, like those in your photo. 🙂
Lucky you. I’m unbelievably jealous at the moment. 😉
Awesome shots, by the way.:D
Very good shots, Peter. 🙂
Some super shots in that selection, Gary.:D
How do you get to video that mate? I thought that the cabin crew would have stopped it, as they normally say that you should turn all electronic items off during takeoff because i would like to do this too.
Great video – steady hand hehe.
Regards, James
Well the thing to do, in my experience, is just to simply hide it when they walk past you. Besides, they are all seated for takeoff so there’s no-one to check.:)
Heya
Try this site: http://lgw.webtrak-lochard.com/template/index.html
Been reported on in a few newspapers this week because people have started using it to check how many planes fly over their house for use in noise complaints etc. Very useful site – it’s got me noting down noisy planes and then checking what they are the next day (I live near MAY VOR). (See http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=70914 )
Some truly outstanding shots in there, Paul. 🙂
Excellent shots. Liking the first 2.
Looking at the radar for that time…
G0100 was a 767-300 & flew overhead SFD at exactly 1210 at 8000ft.
KM117 was a A320 & was over SFD at about 1215 at 10000ft
BA2602 was a 734 & flew over at 1225
These were the only 3 SFD departures during this time period.
Hope this sort of helps.
More great angles there, Paul. Well done. 🙂
Fabulous shots – I love that Flybe Dash 8. 😀
I’m pretty sure that this was nothing more than a ‘test’ entry in the system. There was another one going to Sydney earlier yesterday as well.
A quick search shows that ICAO code TST apparantly belongs to a Kazakh airline, so doubt this was actually a ‘flight’.
Would be good if it was, nonetheless. 🙂
Highly impressive shots, Paul. 🙂
