For Gatwick, from the South, go towards check in area A (Thomsonfly & Easyjet Ticket desk). At the Easyjet desk, turn right and there will be the toilets on the left and some double doors ahead with a sign saying ‘Concorde House’. Go through these & go down the stairs one level and exit via the double doors ahead. Walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes and then it’s obvious where you are (i.e you see the yellow approach lights)

So what Ryan Air really is doing is loosing money on small routes such as Vasteras-Stansted and Gothenburg-Glasgow. The proposed tax made a perfect alibi for pulling out from these routes.

Part of me was thinking that as well :D. They seem to like making excuses:).

I have to say that Ryanair’s service, seating etc doesn’t bother me. Personally, I find charter plane seats far worse and Ryanair’s fares are ‘cheap’, but you have to remember they go to rubbish little airports in Europe which aren’t often as useful, for many people, as ones operated to by other airlines, like EZY, BA, BMI etc..

On another note, Ryanair are pulling quite a few services away from Sweden due to high tax.

Interesting to see a 757 operating for easyJet. 🙂

Indeed. I believe that last week they used an Excel/Travel City Direct 747-300 ( 😮 ) for a flight to Barcelona & a Flyjet 757 amongst many others.

Not a good couple of days then. First the S7 crash and now this. Looks like a terrible impact & fire from those pics – no surprise that there are ‘no survivors’.

I wouldn’t quite say the world cup 2006 was as bad as pauldyson1uk says, but I have been disappointed by the attitudes of some players. The sooner it’s sorted out, the better.

Zidane’s incident is bizarre and only he will know why he did that, I think. It spoilt a wonderful playing career and it’s a shame that it ends on such a bad cloud.

Congratulations to Italy and although no team deserved to win in normal time last night, the penalties from Italy were far better, so they deserved it IMO.

Bring on South Africa 2010 now:).
